Returns and Refunds

Return and Refund Policy

At this time our store does not accept returns in any capacity. We do, however, offer refunds and store credit.

Shipping costs can not be refunded.

Refunds and Store Credit:

Our policy lasts 30 days for refund credit from date of purchase. A store credit can by applied up to 45 days after purchase date.

Please contact ms@coastalboardwalk.com to start your refund process. Please include order number, name, and date of purchase within email. Please allow 24-48 hours for response.

We understand that every purchase can’t be perfect for our customers. This is why we wish to make this process as easy as possible to please our customers.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at ms@coastalboardwalk.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded or store credited, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or store credited.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund or store credit to the gift giver.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary. This is why we ask customers to contact ms@coastalboardwalk.com to see how we can resolve your refund and extend store credit to 45 days past date of purchases.
